Shipping policy
We ship to addresses in the United States.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times.
- Items marked "Ships from the USA": 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Items shipped from our international partner warehouses: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time for each product is shown on its product page. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Shipping costs. Any shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking. Follow your package anytime from our Order tracking page using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or delayed packages. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address errors. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering so we can update it before it ships.
